# Parental Consent Letter

Kids/Teenagers traveling alone \*must\* attach this document on their application.

## Parental Consent Letter

For children and teenagers under 18 years old, if a parent is **not** joining the mission trip, a *parental consent letter* must be signed.

Filling and signing the *following letter* as a parent (or legal guardian) provides your legal signature and states that you and your child have completely reviewed the information provided by the Rice Foundation regarding the [terms of service](https://ricefoundation.us/terms-of-service?hsLang=en-us), [waiver of responsibility](https://ricefoundation.us/terms-of-service-0?hsLang=en-us), and [policy for volunteer service](https://ricefoundation.us/terms-of-service-1?hsLang=en-us).
